Rada Yakova was born in 1980. She graduated in 2008 from the University of Applied Arts in Vienna, Austria, major Graphic Design and Advertising. In 2010 she defended a graduation thesis on Painting in the same university. She has worked as an illustrator and graphic designer under various projects in Sofia and Vienna. She has participated in group and solo exhibitions in Bulgaria and abroad.

Lives and works in Vienna, Sofia and the Hague.
